How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri) from the date your order ships. Shipping is always free — no minimum order.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email info@orlunahome.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime at orlunahome.com/apps/track123.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return and verify the condition, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email.

Are the products good quality?

Every item in our shop is chosen for material quality, finish, and longevity. Each product page lists exact materials, dimensions, and care instructions.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Checkout is secured by Shopify with SSL encryption. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We never store card details.

Do you offer discounts or bundles?

Yes — buy 2 items and get 10% off, buy 3 or more and get 15% off. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us at info@orlunahome.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
