Refund & Return Policy
Our Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@orlunahome.com with: your order number, a brief reason for the return, and a photo of the item. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or items returned after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@orlunahome.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. In cases of damaged or defective items, return shipping will be covered by us.
